Mariano Rivera has Metallica's "Enter Sandman." Trevor Hoffman had AC/DC's "Hell's Bells." Then, there's Padres closer Heath Bell. The star relief pitcher made quite an entrance at the 2011 MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday night. Bell recorded the final out of the inning and was then replaced by Pittsburgh's Joel Hanrahan.
