April showers bring May flowers... and celebrity babies? This year, the age-old Springtime adage is getting a makeover with the biggest celebrity baby boom we've seen in quite some time. From Posh and Becks to Mariah and Nick, Hollywood's baby mamas were overcome with joy upon the arrival of their baby boys and girls and took to Twitter to release their utter delight.
But from twins to a fourth addition to their brood, we have no idea how these moms and dads find the time to even share 140 characters of their ecstatic joy.
