Wait until the rest of this NBC poll comes out. A real hoot. I see it on realclear. It's an adult sample, but out of the people who voted for Obama/McCain, the split is 60/40 for BOBO. Just another outlier, I suppose. Funny how they always outlye in the same direction. A true statistical miracle, I tell ya..

Cain losing strength.

This primary race is still extremely volatile. How many times have we seen candidates surge only to fall away? Huckabee, Trump, Cain, and now Bachmann. Looks like Perry's next, but this race won't solidify until after Ames.

The Ames event that Romney is skipping?

Even though Obama is supposedly winning these negotiations so handily, only 39% of voters would blame Republicans for default, with 35% blaming Obama. That's among all adults too.

And this is not just any adult sample, but one of the most skewed I have ever seen, with that 60/40 Obama voters edge.

And still - only a 39/35 blame split. For comparison, this poll offers the 1995 Clinton/GOP House blame poll. Clinton was doing much better - 32/43..
