Bridgeport mom Juliette Dunn, 29, and Lisa Jefferson, 33, were arrested after witnesses told cops they saw Dunn's 4-year-old son chugging from a 40-ounce bottle of Steel Reserve at a Bridgeport Park, the The Connecticut Post reported. Not so with the mom in Connecticut. Police approached Dunn and Jeffereson after witnesses called to report that Jefferson gave beer to the preschooler and told him to chug it. Dunn told police that Jefferson gives him a bottle of beer every day, the paper notes.
Both were arrested and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a child and two counts of second-degree assault.
The two children were taken to Bridgeport Hospital, where the baby tested positive for cocaine in addition to alcohol found in both children's blood.
The boy told a social worker he liked, ""Natural Ice beer, Budweiser beer, but didn't like the taste of Dog-Bite beer," according to The Connecticut Post.
