Robert Pattinson's 'Cosmopolis' Haircut Turns Heads (PHOTOS)

What in the world is going on with Robert Pattinson's hair?

The "Twilight" heartthrob showed up to Comic-Con on Thursday with his curious new 'do on full display. We've already seen it described as a sideways mullet -- business on the left, party on the right.

Turns out that Pattinson, best known for his signature bedhead look, is sporting the bizarre style for his new movie "Cosmopolis," in which he spends a good chunk of the movie trekking across Manhattan in order to get a haircut...apparently fleeing one salon before his 'do was done.

Strange movie plot? Sure. Even stranger haircut? Most definitely.

Interesting promotional strategy for what is bound to turn out yet another horrible, pseudo-existential, and intellectually lacking movie from a terrible actor.

Then again, Keanu hasn't done anything in a while and I guess Hollywood needs its' expression-challenged young boys with high cheek bones. I'm sure that of all those barely post-pubescent hunks, Robert is the Pope's favorite.

I think all this speculation about Rob's hair is silly! We all know, If you're a true fan, that this haircut is just another side effect of his latest movie and I'm sure he'd like a little more balance to his head too! I also think it really shows his character and what a great sport he is to walk around this way. I admire his non vanity. I think it makes him so much more endearing as an actor and a person. Besides it's hard to hide that handsome face :)

I liked him in the Harry Potter series (Goblet of Fire) and I really like him in the Twilight Series, but I doubt that I'd waste my money to go see this latest movie. And as for the hair do I hate it and the only way you can fix it is shave it all off and let it grow back naturally. You can't fix it when one side is shaved close to the head. So, yes I read the article for the movie no matter what you say it will take several months before his hair grows back the way everyone likes it movie or not.

Nobody seems to understand the Haircut was for the movie he just finished Cosmopolis
in Canada, he cannot fix it until after the reshoots are done, if there are any he will know soon and then he can have his beautiful hair back. If you were being paid 15 million dollars you would wait to fix your hair, he is still cute and adorable...

Apparently, many of the commenters didn't bother to READ the freakin' story before displaying their stupidity for all the world to see. (What's more disturbing is there's not really much story to read, yet people STILL made some truly asinine comments as though Pattinson had just gone into a local stylist and said, "I've got a wacky idea I want to try.")
