Confessed Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik may have a sister in Century City, California, according to CBS Los Angeles. It is possible that other relatives live in Southern California as well.
CBS Los Angeles reports:
...he chastises the sister for "her American lifestyle" and calls her out for "money is the driving force in her life." He also says she is more concerned with money and "not the greater good."
She could be an estranged step-sister, according to the Beverly Hills Courier.

Anders Behring Breivik confessed to bombing a government building in Oslo, Norway and a shooting spree on the nearby island of Utoya but pleaded "not guilty" in a closed hearing today, reports the Associated Press. Before the attacks, Breivik had posted an internet manifesto (excerpts here) calling for a civil war against Muslims in Europe and multiculturalism in general. Authorities have linked Breivik to Christian fundamentalism and say that he rented a farm, which allowed him to order fertilizer to construct homemade bombs.
The terror suspect's father Jens Breivik weighed in on the massacre. Jens Breivik, a former diplomat, called the massacre "terrible" and said that his son "should have taken his own life, too. That's what he should have done," reports The Telegraph. Breivik has been estranged from his son since Anders was a teen.
