Jennifer Aniston Discusses Possibility Of Prince William Hair Transplant

The Huffington Post   First Posted: 07/25/2011 10:57 am Updated: 09/24/2011 5:12 am

It might be the topic of tabloid headlines and potentially responsible for pushing up his wedding date, but Prince William's receding hairline is a non-issue for the woman who matters most: Jennifer Aniston.

The actress sat down with Lisa Snowdon of Britain's Capital FM radio, apparently in a hot tub (read: studio with hot tub sound effects) to discuss Will's vanishing 'do. An excerpt from their conversation, which can be heard in full here:

Lisa Snowdon: There's rumor in the palace that they've been saying Prince William should get a hair transplant. What do you think about that?
Jennifer Aniston: Who's "they"?
LS: The people in the palace.
JA: The people in the palace?
LS: Yeah, they're saying to do hair and teeth is fine because it's completely cosmetic. What's your take?
JA: I think he should just let whatever's happening happen. Don't you? Well, now if we see him with a hair transplant, we're going to be like, "Oh, he had a hair transplant"...I think there's nothing wrong with it, like Ed Harris, come on. Gorgeous.

Ed Harris? We'd say William's not quite there yet. But in the meantime, the prince has been a good sport, putting up with commentary from his brother Harry, who once told a war veteran in Barbados that Wills "was already bald aged 12." And in any case, there's always a little image manipulation program called Photoshop, which previously gave us a taste of William as a brunette.

My husband started loosing his hair while in high school and it really bothered him. I am sure if we had had the money for hair transplants, he would have gotten one. He looked fine to me but the question is, does it bother him. If Will wants to get a transplant, he should do just that, if he doesn't then don't. It is how each person feels about it, and none of our business.

Jen played it well - she answered a question with another question and wasn't lured into giving an opinion based on a rumor - shes a pro - other celebs should learn from her example.

I wouldn't say she "sounded off," does HP even know what that means? She calmly gave a brief answer to a lame question she was asked, and that's about it.

Reading the transcript, it seems Ms. Anniston wanted to talk about other things than outdated governmental institutions.

What's all the fuss about? Men have been going bald since the dawn of history.

So Absurd.....Oh finally, of course is there any more superficial topic of discussions ?...the hairline of the Prince. So yesterdays discussion...
Come on this is twenty first century. These days some the young men I see around, knows better, they know they look good hair or none, they closely crop their hair , looks neat and they looks even better actually georgeous.
The interviewer should check out the new looks of the male fashion models and verify that , and let the handsome Prince be....

WHY are we still giving time to this woman and what possible business could it be of hers what Prince William does or does not do?

When did she say it was her business - she made no comment about it either way.

for what little my opinion counts, i say if wills' wife is ok with his looks then that's all that matters...nobody likes to have their looks diminish, but luckily will is a very good looking young man and he can "pull off" the receding hair line better than most of us can..

Supposedly he wanted to shave it down like most balding guys but his grandmother wouldn't let him.

And that is potentially the silliest question and silliest quote ... well, today.

I don't think HRH Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, is going to to be held back by his balding.
