Bahama Beach Water Park
Southwest of Dallas and only 35 minutes from Fort Worth lies
. This tropical-themed park is part of the Dallas Municipal Park system, and life jackets and tubes are provided free with your ticket. Bahama Beach offers a wide range of fun for everyone -- whether you want to thrill out or chill out!
The Bermuda Triangle
The triple-slide
gives riders three choices of slippery, sliding fun -- just climb to the top of the 45-foot tower to begin your ride. Then, choose either an open, serpentine body slide with high banks or a closed tube slide to zip down to the splash lagoon.
Slides And A Lazy River
gives you a view of the entire park from your inner tube. If you're looking for something more exciting, try the Tortugas Express, a four-lane racing slide that gives you 300 feet to beat your friends to the bottom. The Coconut Cove is an interactive water playground specially designed for younger visitors. Water Wars gives players the chance to douse each other with water balloons.
Bahama Bob's
Bahama Bob's Island Eatery, located near guest services, offers pizza, burgers, chips and soft drinks. Families are welcome to bring coolers with food and refreshments from home. Small coolers are free; coolers larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches incur a $5 fee. Glass and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

This park has no record of safety issues. However, under its previous name of Hawaiian Falls Waterpark it was part of the same company that suffered a severe

NRH2O
Located just 19 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, North Richland H2O, or NRH2O as the locals call it, offers family fun for all ages. From the Tadpole Swimming Hole for little paddlers to screaming rides down water slides, there is something at NRH2O for everyone.
Snaking Slides
New for the summer of 2011,
takes riders on a one-of-a-kind family thrill ride. Families can ride together through high banks, twists and turns. Then the route drops into a 20-foot megatube before delivering riders safely into a splash pool.
Rides For Kids Of All Ages
, a seven-story water slide, offers more than 1,100 feet of splashing thrills -- perfect for older riders, who will also love the four-lane Accelerator racing slide. Frogstein's Splashatory is a five-level water playground with geysers, water jets and a dumping bucket to cool younger players.
Dining Options
The Riverfront Grill offers burgers, fries and soft drinks, while the Ice Cream Shop offers a variety of frozen treats. Both are located near the park entrance. Beaker's Cookin' Shack, located closer to the group pavilions, offers snacks, hot dogs and pizza.
