Jesse James: Custody Battle Comes To An End

Jesse James isn't having the best week -- he ended his engagement to Kat Von D on Tuesday-- but there is one thing going for him these days. The motorcycle man and Sandra Bullock's ex was awarded sole custody of his 7-year-old daughter, Sunny, after a long and drawn-out court battle.

According to PEOPLE, James and his porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder have spent a long time hashing out a custody arrangement for their daughter and the court ruled in favor of James on Monday.

Lindemulder, who resides in California, will be permitted to have monitored visits with her daughter. If she decides to relocate to Texas, where James and Sunny reside, she'll be required to go to an inpatient rehab facility.

James' favorable custody arrangement has been years in the making.

In the spring of 2010, Lindemulder petitioned the court for custody of Sunny, and used James' divorce from Bullock and affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee as grounds for a custody change. Sunny had previously been living with James and Bullock in Texas after they won a custody battle against Lindemulder in 2009.

James and Lindemulder went to court last summer, and the judge awarded joint legal custody to both parents, but gave James physical custody.

Now it looks like Sunny will be staying in put in Texas with her dad, but no new stepmom in sight.

I'd have to say, breaking things off with her is one point for him. But, why in God's name did he marry a porn star and have children? That poor child's best chance was having Sandra Bullock as her Step-Mom, now she doesn't have that. I pray there is someone in her life, to give her the moral guidance she needs to grow up a successful young lady, who has values beyond those of her biological parents!

Let's see. On Monday, he is awarded sole custody of his 7-year-old child. On Tuesday, Kat and Jesse decide to call off the engagement and split. Perhaps she's not the mothering type? Didn't count on him winning custody? Well, at least the little girl got half lucky. But one can only guess what he will bring home next.

I am disapointed, what happened? In such a short time from claiming they both had found their soul mate in each other , Cat Von D, is it because you won't give up your business in Hollywood? Could she not have relocated like Jesse did his business? I think there is way WAY more to this story,,,,, perhaps he will reunite with Sandra now? Or is he just a dog that has a new woman every time he turns around,,,, I wonder.........
