Michele Bachmann Spends Nearly $5,000 On 'Hair and Makeup' (VIDEO)

Michele Bachmann is catching heat for running up a hair and makeup tab totaling almost $5,000 since launching her bid for the White House.

She spent less than $1,000 on hair and makeup during her 2010 congressional re-election bid.

many people pay enormous price for personal care.( take the haircut for clinton that cost LA almost a half million dollars by tying up traffic and holding his plane at the airport for two hours).

This is not a made up answer Morganlady. If you can do a little research before writing your reply's. Then you would see that the truth is more incredible than fiction. You can pick up Newsweek, and many other magazines or read ezines and see that what I said is
not fiction....congressmen and women do really pay outrageous prices for everyday things that we would never pay that kind of price....Please do your research.

Michele Bachmann want bragging rights to the world about spending $5000.00 on hair and makeup with personal money. Most people don't share this type of information unless the person is an elite.It would be a good question how she would spend the nations money and balance a budget if she would be president ? Her actions will speak louder than words. If she is stating this to impress people or get support so she can become the primary republican, it is not going to work.People want someone real not superficial. It will be a question is she is going to put money above people?

I don't care how much money she spends on hair, makeup, or Botox (that forehead smoothness at her age doesn't come naturally). The hypocrisy regarding assistance from Fannie and Freddie, which she is now trying to gut, concerns me more.

Wonder how much the Obama's wife spends on hair and make-up? It's not cheap to keep hair that straight. It's also not cheap to have your own personal hair dresser. Can't get that for $5000.00. Cheap shots were the first 100 ugly comments that I read about her wasting money (her money or her doctor husband's money) on her hair or makeup. And the cheap shots that she is spending taxpayer money were uncalled for. Her salary and her husband's salary is their own. Although I do not care for this woman I also find it nobody's business what she spends on her hair. I'm sick to death of it when not one word about how much Obama's wife spends and that is taxpayer money paying for her staff and her personal hairdresser. If you want to make those kind of comments about anyone in politics then include all politicians. Wrong is wrong.

You are kidding. She lost all personal freedom when she became First Lady. Every First Lady has a personal hair dresser. Do you not understand they cannot leave the building, she may be in danger. She also hosts many big deals affairs for visiting dignitaries. Slam Michelle, America is so proud of you.
