Politicians With Fake Tans: Who Needs To Lay Off The Orange? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Being that it's summer, we're seeing natural, bronze glows everywhere we look. But as we're all very much aware, some people are willing to go to extreme lengths to look sun-kissed year-round. Politicians included.

President Obama famously called John Boehner a "person of color, although not a color that appears in the natural world," Sarah Palin reportedly installed a tanning bed in the Alaska Governor's Mansion and even the Florida sun couldn't have done that to Charlie Crist's skin.

We've rounded up the orange-est of the orange politicians on The Hill (with a special guest appearance by Silvio Berlusconi). Take a look and tell us whose tan isn't too bad and whose skin tone is Oompa Loompa-esque.

I am unsure that some of these have "fake" tans. I suspect that some are simply showing the evidence of long years of sun exposure, ethnicity, or actual tans.

You know if you eat too many carrots or drink too much carrot juice you will actually turn that color naturally. Unfortunately so do the palms of your hands. You can point out a fake tan from ten blocks away. They glow like Cheetos!
