S&P Analysts Say They Don't Think U.S. Will Default

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Analysts for Standard & Poor's don't believe the U.S. will default on its obligations, the rating agency's president, Deven Sharma, told a congressional panel Wednesday.
