'Bored To Death' Teaser Is Released (WATCH)

For those who have fallen in love with the quirky 'Bored to Death' trio, anything they touch is pure, solid gold.

HBO released a promo for the highly anticipated third season. And what a teaser! Skillfully, they didn't really show us much of anything.

Perhaps we have to channel the mind of novelist/private detective Jonathan Ames to get some clues?

OK--George, Jonathan and Ray are walking on the boardwalk (hey, boardwalk! Kind of a play on words there?). The show is set in New York and from the carnival surroundings, I'd say our stars are in Coney Island. Also they're wearing shades so it's probably summer. But they're walking away from the sun. Interesting, very interesting...

In any event, all will be revealed this October.
