Bush to Join Obama at 9/11 Anniversary Ceremony

After initially snubbing President Barack Obama's offer to visit Ground Zero in May in days after the takedown of former terror chieftain Osama bin Laden, President George W. Bush will stand united with the commander in chief to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks on America, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said on his radio show this morning.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will attend the services, while former Governor George Pataki and former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani who both were in office during the time of the attacks will also be in attendance "and that's it," said Mayor Bloomberg during his radio show on WOR710 this morning.

Due to the opening of the memorial, the names of every victim including the ones who died at the Pentagon and in Shanksville, PA which are listed on the memorial will be read aloud for the first time since the commemorative events have taken place, previously only the names of the victims who died in New York City were read, a City Hall spokeswoman said.
