Courier-Post:

State Police Aviation Unit records obtained late last week via a Courier-Post Open Public Records Act request show Christie actually flew on state helicopters 37 times between January 2010 and May 31, 2011, including a few trips to the governor's shore house. That's four more flights than the office released on June 2.

Copter gate, trouble finding something wrong so go on the attack over something that means little or nothing. Lets talk about bama when he uses Air Force One, never ssen a president go so many palces trying to convince us his policies are good for us, Thousands for Christie and millions each time Obama hits the air, go figure. Lets start looking at Obama and his tripling the debt during his term and his use of our jet.

Another "man" who got rich only because his wife is rich and he married her money...and then as soon as he becomes GOV he defunds Planned Parenthood and ruins other women's lives. He is scum for just that and for sooo many other reasons. This helicopter thing is another, as well as cronyism in hiring unqualified people and paying them exhorbitant 6 figure salaries, while cutting the salaries of people who actually work like teachers and cops etc. and trying to decimate education, etc. Jersey is 3rd highest and best in education in the country, he wants to bring us down down down, (but to NJ people education is very important and most people are very angry about what he is doing to education here) no wonder the flea brained Tea jerks want him for President.

The under reported story there is the number of seatbelt extensions and tie downs needed to keep him centered. The other half was they state hiring a loadmaster for the transport efforts.

They used Dukakis' tank ride footage to create an image of the candidate in the minds of voters. Whether he likes it or not, the footage of Christie waddling from a chopper to a limo, in order to travel 200 feet to his seat, will never go away. The incredible sloth depicted in that footage will be an albatross around his ample neck; he will never be president for a number of other good reasons; his use of a helicopter and limo ensure it.

Funny how all the libs are silent when Obama is using Air Force One for fundraising, and "date night" in NYC.

NJ ranks #47 in size and is only 8722 square miles so why does the state even has a state owned Helicopter? How much does that helicopter cost to begain with and how much does it cost to maintain? One can only wonder how many people could be put back to work for what that helicopter cost.

While everyone in NJ has been asked to sacrifice, the governor’s taxpayer-funded helicopter joyride program shows a lack of respect, truthfulness and immense hypocrisy. As The Star-Ledger editorial of June 2, 2011 noted on the governor’s use of a state helicopter to attend his son’s H.S. game: “Here’s the clincher: Christie used a state car to ferry him the 100 yards to and from the helicopter. Now we know why he can’t imagine what it’s like to walk a mile in the shoes of regular New Jerseyans: He doesn’t even walk 100 yards in his own”

I can't STAND Christie, and it has nothing to do with his size, it's his sense of entitlement and his screaming bullying of people and his attempts ( failed) to demonize teachers and state workers and to legislate rather than come to the table and collectively bargain after saying he loves collective bargaining. He is a one termer for sure, I know many who want to recall him but have decided he doesn't have much time left so it is a waiting game. I don't know one of my fellow citizens, Democrat or Republican, who likes the guy. He said we have no money and cut the salaries of working people and on the other hand, hires unqualified friends of his and gives them 118,000 dollar salaries to do nothing. He has to go!!
