Rick Mereki's Travel Opus Makes Us Want To Move, Learn And Eat

First Posted: 08/05/11 05:46 PM ET Updated: 10/05/11 06:12 AM ET

The three short films Rick Mereki made during his travels to 11 countries in 44 days are making the rounds on the internet today, like that featuring Andrew Lees, who walks the farthest hundred yards imaginable in the film "Move."

The film "Learn" shows the preternaturally handsome Lees being good at activities all over the world, including tangoing, rock climbing and wine tasting. In "Eat," a parade of spectacular dishes are placed before the viewer, who may break his hand trying to reach through the screen.

Lees is even good at eating.

You know, I've always thought: I could really use someone to point-out exactly how lazy I am at the same time as how entirely uninteresting my life has become.
Thanks, Rick.
(Just kidding. Sorta. But this is great work nonetheless.)

So which is it, 11 countries 44 days or 44 countries 11 days? I ask because the latter of the two would be quite a feat.
