Fox Nation Headline Inspires #HipHopBBQActs On Twitter (TWEETS)

Ah, the American BBQ: apple pie, hot dogs, hamburgers, pasta salad, Tom Hanks, Jay-Z...

OK, so maybe your typical summer roast doesn't include celebrities, but that was how President Obama celebrated his 50th birthday at the White House on Thursday.

As the commander in chief took a four-hour break from, you know, doing presidential things, FOX Nation deemed the birthday bash a "Hip-Hop BBQ," accompanied by a somewhat opinionated url for the page, which reads:

Whether they meant to be offensive or thought it was harmless, the headline has taken the Twitterverse by storm, resulting in the hashtag #HipHopBBQActs. We've collected the funniest tweets so far below. Vote for your favorite!

So much for respecting the parts of speech, it amounts to meaningless tripe.

Notice how on the fox page they closed comments.... hmmm I wonder why? Guess they didn't want the true colors of their audience to come across.

Since when does Fox turn down an opportunity for racists to shine through?

Fox would cease to exist without racism. That's all they got.

Meanwhile, George W. Bush took more days off than any President in history while the nation was soaked in gasoline and set on fire. Give the President his 4 hours on his 50th birthday. Nothing kills or damages the mental health of otherwise healthy people like stress. And he has the most stressful job in the world. Happy Birthday, Mr. President! I hope you got what *I* wanted, an entirely new set of advisors. Starting with Paul Krugman taking over everything to do with economics and anyone currently employed there that can't properly explain Keynesian Economics getting fired.

None of that matters to these people. They would begrudge Obama getting a night's sleep even though Reagan slept therough the 80's.

I'm sure the number of white faces at Obama's birthday celebration swamped the number of black faces. But only FNC would make that an issue to begin with.

Periodically the GOP & FOX need to remind America that our president is black...especially now since there is an election looming. Pathetic.

Ok that was funny. Fox News is always readily to be made fun of. All they have to do is open their mouths and speak.

What clever and refreshing humor! This is my kind of comedy, the underlying nuances create the veracity of this razor-sharp satire of BBQ fused with HipHop artists.
