I like Serena. But the truth is the truth. And the truth is she tries to hard and she pumped 10lbs too many at the gym and lost all her femininity. She needs to soften up some. I would recommend she stop weight-training and let the muscle turn back into fat and then do aerobics to lose the fat. She needs to go for yoga and Pilates, no more weights.
