Gerardo Martinez, Iowa Man, Charged With Bestiality After Attempting Sex With Cat

Police arrested a naked man accused of throwing a cat from a seventh-floor window in front of horrified neighbors.

The suspect Gerardo Martinez, 30, denied having a cat, but later admitted to police that he was high on meth and had tried to have sex with the feline before he tossed it from his apartment in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Wednesday, The Daily Nonpareil reported.

Cops charged Martinez with bestiality, animal abuse and indecent exposure, a Pottawattamie County Jail official told The Huffington Post.

The unlucky cat was found bleeding and barely breathing near the building's sidewalk and later died from the fall, according to KCCI..

Martinez allegedly answered the door topless and with his pants down. Cops told KCCI that he initially tried to pin the crime on his roommate before confessing that he was the culprit.

Prosecutors might slap Martinez with additional charges, because he's a registered sex offender, according to a subsequent report by The Daily Nonpareil.

Some people should be hunted down and bound with rope. Then thrown into an area filled with carnivores. And leave the carcass so the vultures can clean it out.

Chances are his attorney will claim the police weren't gentle enough with him. A court appointed psychologist will say he was inproperly nurtured by his mother. And a Ginsburg like judge will toss the case because the DNA evidence will be inconclusive. PETA will show their disdain for the ruling by exposing young children to pictures of mutilated animals.
