While it seems that there's a new food truck-themed headline making waves just about every day, this most recent one actually has a pretty interesting twist. PopSugar SF has it that the Gap has launched its very own gourmet taco truck, dubbed Pico de Gap. The mobile unit, which will also be used to promote the brand's newest 1969 denim offerings for fall, will be serving up bites created by Ryan Scott (of Top Chef fame).

Expect a variety of upgraded-Mexi eats, including a chorizo, crispy potato, goat cheese, and watercress taco smothered in charred-lime salsa verde, a mole brisket taco, a yellow corn "ceviche" version for the vegetarians among us, and much more. The best part: Visitors can score two tacos and a drink for a mere $1.69. Plus, if you show proof of a same-day Gap denim purchase, your grub is free, and with every taco purchase you'll get a $20 voucher to use at the Gap. There will even be denim giveaways happening at select stops. Look for the Pico de Gap parked outside of various Gap stores around the city now through September 30, and get a full list of already-scheduled stops at the link below.

Who's drooling?
