London Riots 2011: Videos Of Chaos, Violence and Looting

As the London riots continue to rage into their fourth day, dramatic videos of the events are rapidly being uploaded to YouTube and posted on Twitter and Facebook. From scenes of buildings engulfed in flames to young rioters racing at police while hurling debris, the images are shocking reminders of the scale of the chaos spreading through London.

While some concerned citizens are beginning a cleanup effort, violence is now spreading beyond the capital city, making it doubtful the riots will end soon.

For all you maggot Anarchists and Marxists in the states, I won't call the police for help. I will intervene on any business owners behalf, if I see such looting and destruction. I'm typically a very peaceful person. However, I am also cocked, locked, and ready to rock. I could be anywhere at any time. Hell I might be standing behind you as you contemplate looting or mob violence.

Keep that in mind...

For everyone else:

If you see a mob and you hear a voice beyond the mob cry out "get your heads down!!!", do it. I'm gonna shout it once then burn the marauders down.

Don't ask for the police to help and don't cower. Stand up and help yourselves.

If you live in an anti gun state, well that's your problem isn't it?

Who would believe something like this would be happening in London. If the government dosen't get in control of this situation it can turn out to be very bad and leave permanent damage.

Well....Dr.Obvious...what do you suggest that they do? Why don't you suggest that they ease some of their anti-gun policies real quick so that maybe their hard working merchants(tax payers mind you) can protect their livelyhood,Oh and themslves in situations like this? Or maybe..... Just maybe.... allow their police force(protectors of the peace?) to properly defend and protect themselves in instances such as this? Here's the kicker there Anibal...then ask them.....Would a few of these verminous creatures, lieing in a pool of blood with the back of their heads blown out be a deterrent for even considering this kind of barbarism? (CBS/What's Trending) - The downside of social media: everything that can be used to organize charity or fun can also be used for crime. The seemingly benevolent rise of the flash mob has turned into a vehicle for looting and violence.
The latest crime mob occurred on June 7, 2011 in Chicago. According to a local NBC affiliate in Chicago, as many as 15 teens stormed Chicago Transit Authority buses in two separate events. The mob attacked their victims and darted off with electronic devices, authorities said Tuesday. 5 teens have been brought to justice and Chicago PD continues investigating in hopes of finding other members of the group that committed the crimes.

Well, don't only good people own rope, bats, knives, duct tape, cars, gasoline, alcohol...? If they attack you, you have every right to defend your preservation. Its their decision if they face mortal risk. Why do people act like there is not evil or sin in the world and you can bargain with it or advert it? All the violence thats reported, I won't be a victim or statistic. And if I were your neighbor and you were screaming for help, think you'd reconsider my help to save yourself? I don't know how many times I've read even cops yelling for someones help before a criminal killed them. Its horrible. And your going to reply with that rubbish!

No, that is true, but let's face it--being armed is better than facing down a violent mob who wants to beat you to death.

I am a concealed carry permit holder, and hope to never have to use my gun for protection--but if I had to to protect myself or others, I would in a heartbeat.

These pictures are like deja vu-I was in UK once when a great mob of kids came yelling down the road after the rival football team at the train station..What was so clear to me, was the guy in front. A tall guy with an expensive hair cut and track - suit, nothing like his rag tag followers. When I saw him pick up garbage cans and hurl the contents all over the road, it looked like a war zone.
I say this because I just saw all the dustbins lying around.
There ARE agitators at work. They led the football riots. Who they are and why I don't know but I know they are there. I could see on the video most people were just watching, like those silly kids in the football gang. But the leader was SERIOUS.

Damn, Woolwich! That's 5 min walk away... Been there today and the restaurant behind the rioters completely burned down with walls left. Other places in town centre badly burned, damaged and looted. The place was unrecognizable and closed.

What?! The mob I saw in SE London were actually mainly white. Its sad to see people's own racist stereotypes clouding their judgement and eyes. Turn on the TV and you will see its both white and black youths.
