Gordon Ramsay Hates Tongue Rings, Tells Leno To Roll Basil 'Like You Used To Do In College' (VIDEO)

Gordon Ramsay stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night and attempted to teach Leno how to chop basil. "Roll it up like you used to do in college," he instructed, though Leno still managed to mangle the herb. Still, he believes the TV host is "getting better" at cooking, though Leno's attention to detail is not where Ramsay would like it to be.

In the clip below, we also learn that Gordon Ramsay is no fan of big hair or body piercings when in the kitchen. He recently asked a chef with a tongue ring, "How do you taste food when you've got four bits of tongue from one?"

I love Gordon Ramsey. I used to think he was a big bully until I watched him in different venues. He is funny as hell and actually gentle and soft spoken.
