'A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas' Trailer Released, Kal Penn, Jon Cho And Neil Patrick Harris In Christmas Comedy

It's about that time--boiling August temperatures give way to the first Christmas movie.

But not just any Christmas movie, 'A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas' which promises that same brand of adorable, stoner humor to ignite your holiday spirit.

Since Kal Penn has spent some serious time working for the president, this new installment steers away from political satire, but don't worry, they have plenty of new targets.

The film boasts Santa Claus, a club-owning Jesus Christ and casts Neil Patrick Harris as an over-sexed straight guy. There's also Claymation and lots and lots of 3-D.

I know it will be an unproductive 2 hours or so of my life I will never get back, but I think it will be worth it; maybe not the $15 for 3-D, but definitely a $7 matinee for the 4:30 showing.

Another frat boy, young, single guy stoner movie. So glad as there are only about a dozen that have been made in the last few years. I wonder if there are no fresh ideas or I guess movies have become so expensive to make that only time-tested cr*p is even given a chance of developing...

I love these guys, but I have to say that this movie looks weak by the previews.
