Lawyers for Levi Aron, who has plead not guilty to charges that he murdered 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky in Brooklyn earlier this year, are claiming that their client suffers from a personality disorder.
The report on a psychiatric assessment of Aron found that the accused killer was "flat," and "apathetic." Aron's lawyers have also expressed fears that their client may harm himself in jail.
