Rock 'n' roll couple Scott Hackwith and Lanette Phillips have listed their Pacific Palisades home for $2.495 million. The custom-built home was designed by John M. Sofio, president of Built Inc.

The five bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home has an open floor plan and high ceilings throughout. The property comprises 3,704 square feet of living space, and private outdoor space for entertaining.

Scott Hackwith, singer of the alt rock band Dig, has produced music for The Ramones and Iggy Pop. Hackwith is CCO and owner of Slogan Music. Lanetta Phillips is producer and manager. The two are members of The Greater LA, a creativity collective based in Los Angeles.
