Taipei is known for it's food. And for good reason. One quick jaunt around the city and the hungry traveler comes to this realization: Taiwanese love their food and they love to eat it on the street.
Taipei has a wide variety of night markets focused on food. The Ningxia Night Market (see video above) is a notable grazer's paradise.
Ningxia is a great stop to make in a city that is all about the snack. Kabobs, fried chicken morsels, bubble dong lai cha (ice milk tea) and various assortments of buns and dumplings are only a few of the treats on offer. Travelers discover quickly that the citizens of the Republic of China spent much of the century since their country attained independence focussed on conjuring up new delicacies.

Opening Hours :6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
By Subway: Take the Danshui Line（Red Line) to the Shuanglian MRT Station, then walk towards West Chengde Road from Exit No.1 for about 10 minutes.
