Fabio Viviani Reveals 'The Sexiest Thing That Anyone Can Cook' On A Hot Date (VIDEO)

Fabio Viviani was pretty out-there when he appeared on Jimmy Fallon earlier this month; he mispronounced words left and right, and challenged his host to a burger duel. But now it seems like he saved the wackiest for backstage.

In the video below, he fields questions that had been posed to him on Twitter. Both the questions and his answers are a little bit saucy. One Twitterer proposes. He all-but-declines, sheepishly. And another asks him for the best dish to cook on a hot date. He gives two answers -- risotto, which he calls "the sexiest thing that anyone can cook," and gelato, for more practical reasons. Risotto? Really? A heavy carb is sexy. Now I love Risotto, but the sexiest thing? I think the sexiest thing is to spend time at the table not stirring rice. I think a cold supper is perfect. Poached Salmon with a lemon sauce, a composed salad of greens and vegetables, some fruit and chocolate...that works for me.
