Victoria Beckham Not Allowed To Wear Heels To New York Fashion Week

Victoria Beckham's worst nightmare has officially come true. The Queen of Chic has been ordered to wear flats at New York Fashion Week instead of the typical six-inch stilettos she rarely leaves home without.

Victoria Beckham in flats? We never thought we'd see the day.

According to the Daily Mail, her doctor has forbidden her from wearing heels because of a slipped disc in her lower back. Her doctor insisted that wearing sky-high heels would pose too much of a risk to her fragile condition and flats will help ease the pain.

The stylish designer and mother of four is hardly seen without her towering stilettos and perfectly coifed hair and makeup -- let's not forget that even in her third trimester of pregnancy, Victoria rocked her usual sky-high Louboutins while attending the Royal Wedding.

So we can't even begin to imagine how she'll cope with having to wear casual ballet flats at the most prestigious fashion event of the year. What ever will the crowd at New York Fashion Week have to say about Posh Spice wearing flats? (Gasp!)

We're going to take a wild guess and say that she's not so happy with the doctor who gave her these strict orders.

Maybe if her back and feet weren't hurting, she'd smile? I've never seen this woman smile. Not once. Not. Ever. As much as she's photographed, you'd think she'd be caught randomly smiling. What's up with that?

For the past five years I've been wearing high quality sensible shoes. They are comfortable and my arthritic knee (the result of an accident) no longer swells. Along the line I've met people with horrible back, knee and foot problems that were a direct result of cheap shoes or high heels. It's not worth it.

Out of all the Spice girls, she was the hottest. She didn't need all the surgery, she is a very pretty woman.
