Nafissatou Diallo is the accuser to Dominic Strauss-Kahn (DSK) in the New York hotel rape case that almost was. The prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss all charges against DSK. According to the D.A.'s office, the victim has told too many lies and has become an unfit witness. In other words, the D.A. believes Diallo to be a prevaricator. The D.A. could also pursue perjury charges against Diallo. Several people, outside the courtroom, protested the decision. Ken Thompson, attorney for Diallo, accused the D.A.'s office of bungling the case. All parties agree that some form of sexual contact occurred between the two, they just disagree on whether there was mutual consent.
