DA: Yogurt Store Owner Put Naked Employee In Box

ALHAMBRA, Calif. -- The owner of a Southern California yogurt shop has been charged with attacking an employee, removing her clothes, binding her with tape and locking her in a box.

Los Angeles County prosecutors say Robert Yachen Lee allegedly attacked the woman Wednesday morning after luring her into an upstairs storage room at the Monterey Park shop. The woman blacked out. When she woke up she was naked, except for an adult diaper, bound with tape with a collar around her neck and lying face down in a box that had been placed in a soundproofed storage room.

The woman managed to free herself and call police.

Lee was charged Friday with kidnapping to commit rape and attempted murder. He's being held on $10 million bail.

Obviously premeditated since a box and a soundproof room were ready. There was no way she was ever getting out alive. Had she not been able to get loose, the options were keeping her as a slave for as long as he wanted or killing her soon. I hope he gets put away for the rest of his life. This poor excuse for a human being does not deserve mercy, but no matter what the courts do to him, it won't be as heinous as what he put this woman through.

According to current corporate Human Resources philosophy...somehow this girl would have to account for this incident as her fault in future job interviews.

How HORRIFIC this ordeal must have been for the girl involved~~~and how LUCKY she is to have been able to free herself.
The PSYCHOPATH of an EMPlOYER involved, had obviously eaten~~~ waaay too much YOGURT!

F&F ToriCove, I feel the same way. He should get life in prison for what he did and be bound and put in a box himself. I'm just so glad the girl got away before he returned.
