Being pressed for time is a common excuse for missing workouts. And it's a legitimate one. Spencer Larson, a personal trainer, created a solution: the 20-second workout. Though it's not actually only 20 seconds, it clocks in at about four minutes, and while the federal recommendation is still 150 minutes of physical activity per week, Larson's routine is still a good alternative for days when a 30-minute elliptical session just isn't a possibility.
