Dining OptionsThe Holland America Noordam's main dining room, Vista, is a two-level dining area. One tier is devoted to "Your Time Dining," which gives passengers seating flexibility. The other level offers two assigned seatings a night. The Lido restaurant offers a casual dining experience, while the Pinnacle Grill serves premium meals in an elegant setting.
Maiden VoyageThe Holland America Noordam made its maiden voyage in February 2006. The ship's "godmother" is actress Marlee Matlin.
