'Life's Too Short': Ricky Gervais Premieres First Clip From New Sitcom (VIDEO)

Fans of Ricky Gervais will soon get to see more of his signature mockumentary-style programming if they have access to BBC2. Gervais' new sitcom, "Life's Too Short," is slated to premiere later this year -- and now you can see the first clip.

Earlier this summer Gervais released a promo showing he along with his partner-in-crime Stephen Merchant and onetime "Extras" guest star Warwick Davis in the midst of filming the follow-doc style showbiz sitcom. The three play somewhat fictionalized versions of themselves, with Davis starring as the head of a Dwarf talent agency.

Gervais premiered the following clip at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this August. By the looks of it the show seems to be just as Gervais previously described: a cross between "Extras" and "The Office." Check it out below and leave your thoughts in the comments.
