The show-stopping singer turns 30 on September 4, and the mom-to-be has accomplished quite a lot already in her career.

With hit songs like "Singles Ladies" and "Crazy In Love" to sold-out tour dates and epic performances, she's solidified herself as one of the top American performers of the decade -- and she has 16 Grammy Awards to prove it.

On top of all of her professional accomplishments, the singer stole the show at the 2011 VMAs when she announced she's expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z.

If your first three decades of success is anything to go by, by 40 you'll have two more kids, three more successul movies, four more number one albums, five more grammys, tons of endorsements and you'll still look fabulous flying around the world with your equally accomplished husband!

Why do people keep insisting that she's way over 30? When they released "The Writings On The Wall" I was in my junior year of high school at 16/17 and all 4 girls in DC were just a couple of years older than me, which would make her about 30 this year since I just turned 28. As a matter of fact when they released "No,No, No" two years before that I specifically remember my brother commenting about how they were just 17. I'm no uber fan of DC but I remember because their album was pretty popular that year. The members of DC are not that old, look up the ages of the other 3 original members, they all grew up together.
