THE INSPIRATION: "James Bond" girl, Barbara Bach, from "The Spy Who Loved Me"

HAIR: To echo the mixture of hard and soft in Max Azria's sporty spring collection, hairstylist Neil Moodie for Bumble and Bumble drew inspiration from Bach's famous ocean scene, where the blond beauty seductively comes out of the water.

"She literally pulls her hair back with her hands and it's still wet, so there's something quite sexy about it even though it's quite slick," he said.

Moodie prepped models' hair with Bumble and Bumble Prep and Thickening Sprays and then dried hair naturally with a diffuser. Then he used Bumble and Bumble Gel from the front section to the crown and combed through with a wide tooth comb to give the effect as if it was done with fingers. To recreate beachy waves in the back, Moodie went in with a large barrel curling iron to encourage movement. He set the style with Bumble and Bumble Shine Spray to give the locks a slight dewy finish.
