Elisabetta Canalis Goes Nude For PETA (VIDEO, PHOTO)

We had a sneak peek video, but now it's finally arrived: Elisabetta Canalis' "I'd Rather Go Naked..." ad for PETA.

The Italian model/actress/George Clooney ex is the latest famous face (er, body) to strip for PETA's signature, "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign. The animal rights group is famous for its rather explicit approach to getting noticed, having featured dozens of celebs naked (not to mention straight-up pornography) in promotional efforts.

But Canalis, for one, is totally on board. She told PETA:

"I decided to go nude because I think that nudity always creates a big reaction. That is what is required to keep people's attention on such a brutal practice …. These poor animals are electrocuted, skinned alive, drowned, and bludgeoned just for the sake of fashion."

And we're sure there are plenty of people are happy with Elisabetta's decision.

I'm italian and here the infamous Canalis is well known for her publicity stunts, her pr comments on blogs and a cocaine/call girl scandal. She's gorgeous only with Photoshop, out of the retouched pics she's acneic, anorexic and very manly looking.

Stefano is right. She has been posing naked all her like (soft porn movies, nude calendars) to promote her career. She always had skin problems and she is anorexic and it is not "genes" because as a young girl she was very fat, had kinky hair and coke bottle eyeglasses. She had lots of work done + the miracle of Photoshop. Monica Bellucci instead is a stunner and Italy loves her.

Not genes, not eating does it. In her younger years before working for "Striscia la Notizia" in TV she was overweight, kinky hair and coke bottle glasses. It took a lot of work and surgeries to get the body she has now.

From when does plastic surgery mean genes? These are the "great genes" of Elisabetta Canalis and her great model career before Clooney :) Until 2010 she was the horsy face of a disco club called Hollywood Milano, closed last year for cocaine.

Delivering the Peta message and loving leather, like handbags ($2000-$4000 each), shoes, boots (several UGGs that are make of animal skin on the outside and FUR in the inside), pants, etc.. Did these animals give up their skin voluntarily? She is worried about the little animals being killed for their fur but not for their skin. She should stop buying leather and modeling for Cavalli who makes furs.

Is this really news worthy? She is a beautiful woman but she is all over the internet completely NUDE, with nothing to hide or is it because we want to show the world what 50 year George Clooney has been getting into lately.
