Julianne Moore Cast In "The English Teacher"; Moore Stars In Indie Comedy

Julianne Moore has always kind of occupied the sexy-teacher-of-our-dreams role and lucky for us, that fantasy's being realized.

The actor will be teaming up with "I Don't Know How She Does It" star Greg Kennear in the indie comedy, "The English Teacher."

The flick is the directorial debut of Craig Zisk, who has spent time on "Nip/Tuck," "The Big C" and "Weeds." Here, Moore plays a high-school English teacher who, with the return of a dashing, star student, is in some sort of a tizzy.

The details are fuzzy as to what the nature of their relationship is, but judging from Moore's impeccable taste in roles, "The English Teacher" will be full of interesting, salacious, twists.

Moore is a great actress, with a wide variety of interests who comes across as really intelligent and compassionate in interviews. I enjoy seeing what roles she chooses.
