Michelle Obama In Prabal Gurung: First Lady Chooses A Very Large Bow (PHOTOS)

The always-fashionable First Lady showed her adoration for designer Prabal Gurung once again at yesterday's September 11th memorial concert in Washington D.C.

Michelle Obama has been known to rock the sophisticated and stylish dresses at various events in the past, from the White House Correspondents' Dinner to the high-profile Governors' Dinner.

Maybe she'll start taking inspiration from Prabal Gurung's recent Spring 2012 show for New York Fashion Week, a collection that oozed with vibrant colors and modern, sleek cuts.

But for now, at the moving memorial concert on Sunday, FLOTUS chose a more traditional look, donning a white racerback tank with an oversized bow from Prabal's Spring 2010 collection.

Both Mrs. Obama and Mrs.Biden are distastefully dressed, as it is not the time nor the occasion to be making fashion statements. It's a memorial service, commemorating the loss of thousands of fellow Americans, for God's sake, AND PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT HOW GOOD MICHELLE LOOKS! They should COVER-UP AND BE MORE RESPECTFUL. Why do so many people think that Michelle dresses great? i think she dresses extremely frumpy and is very unstylish. She dresses like an old woman (and what's up with the new hairdo?). Honestly people, if she wasn't the presidents' wife would you all continue to say "she's so sylish, she's such a great risk taker, i love her fashion sense". I don't think so. Go to New York or to L.A. and see what fashion really IS because Michelle is a perfect example of what IS NOT!! Has she pulled the polyester over your eyes?!! I DELETE ALL COMMENTS

Now THAT is a bow! Not my favorite FLOTUS outfit but she carries it well. A petite woman would be overpowered by it but MO has the height and confidence to wear it well.

It is a freaking big bow though.
