We don't need more regulations. You know what the best online privacy protection is for kids? Parents! No new law/regulation will protect children if parents are not looking after their children.

Facebooks privacy settings...make absolutely no sense whatsoever. It is so complicated, and changes, again and again, until you just accept that you wont understand, and are at the mercy of engineers vying for something to do/assert their ideas on the world. There is no trust on facebook... I dont know who I'm sharing what with.
