Ali Lohan's First Appearance Since Plastic Surgery Rumors (PHOTOS)

It was a family affair for Dina Lohan's 49th Birthday Party at Beauty & Essex in New York on Thursday night.

It was also the first time Ali Lohan has been seen in public since rumors the 17-year-old model had plastic surgery and botox injections to achieve her new and very different look.

Rumorfix snapped some photos of the whole Lohan family, and birthday girl Dina, told the website, "Ali has never had plastic surgery. The rumors are totally false."

Both Dina and Lindsay defended Ali after rumors began to circulate. Lindsay turned to Twitter, declaring:

"I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin! My sister is gorgeous and I'm so proud of her and her career!!!!"

According to Rumorfix, all four of Dina's children: Lindsay, Ali, Michael Jr., and Cody attended the intimate party of about 25 guests, and Lindsay gave her mom a Chanel gift bag as a birthday present.

The small party was the most uneventful night Lindsay has had this week. The troubled starlet has been in town for New York Fashion Week and managed to delay a fashion show and threw a violent tantrum at a party.

Woah, wait, which one of his daughters did Michael Lohan refer to as a meth addict? I used to think Ali was one of the last un-demolished Lohans but that does not look natural. She looks older than the Dina-saur.

Ali looks older than her mom. When she was 10, she looked 30. Not very attractive, but they've put themselves out there and sold themselves, so they're going to et comments.

If I were Ali Lohan I would ask for the money back from the plastic surgeon for the hatchet job the doctor did on her face. Awful, doesn't even look like the same person. Mom & Sis look like they have had a bunch of work as well.

"Modeling agency"?
I guess maybe because the runway models this year look like anorexic men so she fits right in.
She is unrecognizable and looks 35 to me.

She was such a lovely girl. I suspect her Mom has been giving her botox type injections at the kitchen table. Isn't she signed with a modeling agency? How happy would they be about their fresh faced model's new face? Hopefully what ever was injected into her sweet face wears off soon.

Supposedly this child has been home schooled as well, I'd like to see those test scores. I hope she survives that family & breaks free.

She looks like a 35 year old man. The Lohan children would be much better off if they all dumped "manager mommy". Dina has to be looking for another meal ticket now that Lindsay can't get much of a job anymore. Fifty cents a day in jail does not go as far as it used to!
