Lea Michele Emmys 2011 PHOTOS: Love It Or Leave It?

Lea Michele hit it out of the park (in our humble opinion) in a backless, red Marchesa dress at the 2011 Emmys.

Supposedly the only star to wear the a dress by Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig (although Elisabeth Moss showed up in a Marchesa creation later), Lea gave her signature red carpet pose in the gown, which featured detailed shoulders and a cowl-neck back.

She paired the hugh-glam look with blunt bangs and pin-straight hair. Check out the pics below... what's the verdict?

Not bad at all. With such a simple gown, she needed a little more detail either with her hair or at least some earrings and/or a bracelet. It's the little things...

I don't like the sleeves. If they had done one without the bulky sleeves, she would be one of my best dressed.

looks like she had a *very* slight tweaking of her nasal tip....funny cause she always said how *proud* she was of it....until I guess people made fun of her the last few years because of it.
