Set against the backdrop of romantic Paris, filmmakers Sarah Klein and Tom Mason's video "Sub City Paris" captures the moment of uncertainty that accompanies emerging back into the city from being in the metro. Poet Ezra Pound provides inspiration and sums up the experience:
"Three years ago in Paris I got out of a "metro" train at La Concorde, and saw suddenly a beautiful face... I could not find any words that seemed to me worthy, or as lovely as that sudden emotion."
