ASU has always held a coveted spot on Playboy's Top Ten Party Schools ranking (this year it was #3), and that's probably because the students at ASU are the type of people that would consider such an distinction to be coveted. ASU students are beautiful, friendly, tan, and ready to drink anything that comes in a hollowed-out pineapple. Cassie, a senior, sums up ASU like this: "crazy fun town and nightlife, beautiful men and women, fun in the sun." Nick, a psychology student, describes the type of students that would fit in at ASU in a way that should be clear to everyone (except, hopefully, your parents): "Students who wish to re-experience their high school lives of promiscuous sex and heavy drinking."

No wonder my alma mater doesn't get the best football recruits anymore...we are in the cold, midwest...and there isn't a lot of hooking up!

I started working 30 years ago with zero debt....and it took years to buy a new car or a house. Can not imagine starting with a -30, or -40 or -50K.

Yeah, and if by ASU's "flirtatiousness" you mean the university that graduates the most porn stars and strippers of any other university, I'm sure that's correct.

This article makes me sad. There are great programs in most, if not all of these schools, but they are overshadowed by the "Animal House" atmosphere of a relatively small group of students.

Got into Florida State and Penn. Then I realized that I would rather go to a school which will prepare me for an MBA/J.D. program, and whose alumni network gets together for more than just body shots and dart league.

Actually, I got in on my ability to string a coherent sentence together. Something that I feel means we won't be dorm-buddies.
