Lindsay Lohan Is Still Ignoring Her Community Service Hours

Actress Lindsay Lohan kept New Yorkers on their toes last week; throwing glasses, stalling fashion shows and getting kicked out of parties.

It seems like Lohan's time could be put to better use, especially since she has hardly made a dent in the 480 hours of community service she's required to complete in connection with her no contest plea agreement in her misdemeanor theft case, reports RadarOnline.

The actress and sometimes model was ordered to attend a shoplifters awareness class and complete 380 hours of community service at the Downtown LA Women's Center, and 100 hours at the Los Angeles County Morgue.

According to the website, Lohan has been ignoring advice that rather than flying off to Milan to shoot an ad campaign, she set her sights on completing the tasks that will keep her out of jail.

Just earlier this month it was reported that Lohan had only completed 45 hours at the Women's Center. Lohan is set to appear in court on October 19 for a progress report, but RadarOnline reports the starlet has now only completed a total of 60 hours at the center, and hasn't done any time at the morgue.

Should Lohan be worried?

Her publicist Steve Honig told Radar that Lohan has been working hard to juggle both her work and the community service hours.

No, they weren't making out. If it was somebody we all liked, we'd say it was just a mother-daughter moment that the paparazzi were trying to sensationalize.
But for ignoring community service, the original theft charge, and the recent assault charge at the fashion show, she should be in jail. Real jail.

How do you expect her to rehabilitate when her biggest concerns are how many people her roof can hold for a party and not getting tan lines from the monitoring bracelet????

Let her eat a dry bologna sandwich and a warm juice box for lunch!

Let her get smashed in the face with a cafeteria tray by one of her fellow inmates if she pulls attitude!

She has been juggling work and community service, what work? Partying is not work, well for her I guess it is. She has had plenty of time to do more than 45 hrs of service. The judge need to stop pampering her, lay down the law with her. Serious jail time is needed in this case.

This girl just doesn't give a damn...I really hope if she hasn't done her community service in full by the next check in coming in October that they re-institute the original sentence and send her stupid butt back to jail and let her sit there and think about how spoiled and stupid she really is.

In LA if Lindsay Lohan gets sentenced to 2 years for violating her parole/probation conditions, she'll probably be out in 18 minutes like the last time. The best community service she could offer would be to just quietly leave the community totally. Permanently.

The only "hard" thing to give Miss Lohan credit for is her head. I finally have to admit defeat. I held out hope for her thinking she would eventually rise to meet her potential. Shame on me for expecting her to rise above her raising.
