So you can see the future? With any luck some day you will be in desperate need and others will show you the same compassion. You give atheists a bad name. A lack of god does not require a lack of humanity also.

It's their own people that is doing these things. The only way you can help these people is not to help. But if you do, you have to kill everyone that is holding a weapon. These people thrive off the misery of others. If they have an upper hand they will use it against any weaker foe. They try to eliminate the weaker of the species. Sadly to say, like a pack of wild dogs. They love the alpha leaders, but when they get injured or sick, they will attack and kill it if possible. Until a stronger leader takes over, this is going to continue no matter how much aid you send to the region, but it only makes the strong, stronger.
