First Beyonce joined Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign, adapting her hit "Get Me Bodied" into a workout-worthy routine called "Move Your Body." Now, Keri Hilson is supporting the cause. The "Pretty Girl Rock" performer was spotted on September 24 at Educational Alliance’s Sirovich Senior Center in New York donning a t-shirt with the print "Pretty Girls Sweat."
Hilson's appearance was part of a series of self esteem-building workshops called "Project Butterfly" hosted by T.E.E.N. Diaries, a lifestyle website for young urban girls. 100 of the girls were given an opportunity to discuss the medias perception of beauty with Hilson and learn how to eat properly and stay active.
DJ Tyger Lilly spun tunes like “Pretty Girl Rock”, “Run the World (Girls)”, and “Whip My Hair” while young, energetic exercisers jumped rope, danced, and rocked the runway with Sports Illustrated model Damaris Lewis to burn calories.
