Biz And Livia Stone Host Intimate Party For Foundation Kickoff (PHOTOS)

On Friday, Biz and Livia Stone hosted an intimate cocktail party and fundraiser at Yerba Buena's Samovar Tea Lounge to toast the arrival of their newest project: the Biz and Livia Stone Foundation.

"The Biz and Livia Stone Foundation focuses on supporting education and conservation here in the Bay Area with special attention paid to helping kids," explained Stone to The Huffington Post. "From an education perspective, we partner with schools and teachers that are grossly underserved but incredibly passionate. Many classes and activities have been removed over the years due to budget cuts so we support these schools by bringing them back--music, visual arts, sports, and conservation education are examples of programs we install into our schools."

To help kick off the launch of the foundation, friends and supporters like MC Hammer and Huffington Post editors gathered for tea cocktails, vegan hors d'oeuvres and a Friday night party with Biz and Livia.
