An independent probe into Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus found she likely violated state elections laws in her bungled release of state Supreme Court election results in April, but her conduct was not willful or criminal.

Sounds like it's time to have a recall election for this clerks job. EVERY election she's been involved in has has irregularities. Funny how she gets whitewashed everytime too. You can bet that if she was a Democrat that she would be hanging by a rope in the town square. Something really stinks badly in that county.

Of course she was cleared, she's incompetent, not criminal. Most likely the Republicans will vote her out themselves (in Republican dominated Waukesha County) for almost handing the inital vote to another incompetent, Kloppenburg.
