The saying "15 minutes of fame" didn't materialize out of nothing. The elite Hollywood crowd is an ever-changing few who rule Tinseltown with a mighty hand, but only for so long. It seems to be about time that a new generation of 'it' girls take the spotlight -- but these few also happen to be the younger siblings of an older set of Hollywood moguls.

From Dakota Fanning's little sis, Elle, to the Olsen twins' little Elizabeth, these celeb minis took a backseat to their older siblings' careers, watching, learning and plotting their own trajectories.

Uh NONE of these people are talented of their own merit...Kendall at least is tall enough to be a model, she can do runway...anything more is nepotism....Elle Fanning? Gross....all the others need tot hank their siblings for the free unearned entitlement and a^% kissing they get from Hollywood...sigh what a waste...

Except Olsen and Fanning actually have a talent. Jenner is like her sisters, famous for nothing. Well she worse. Her big sis got famous for being a "friend" of Paris Hilton and they both did sex tapes and got silly shows. Little Kendall is famous for being the younger sis of a purposely leaked sex tape? Something all young girls should shoot for!

I saw Elle Fanning in "Super 8" over the summer and recognized the voice, I saw the credits "Fanning" and assumed she was Dakota's older sister. The girl is TALL, couldn't believe she was only 12.
