Seafood Burgers: Et Voila Adds Shrimp, Lobster And Mussels To The Mix (PHOTOS)

In the District of Columbia's ever-expanding battle for burger supremacy, there are many contenders. The latest to up its game is Et Voila!, a tiny Belgian spot in the Palisades with a huge interest in wacky burgers. Ignoring standard beef-patty convention, chef and co-owner Claudio Pirollo has created some seafood renditions of the classic sandwich.
